GRB maintains close partnerships with some of the region’s leading employers to offer discounts and grants to their employees for the purchase of their home.
Get More From Your Employer Benefits
All employees of GRB’s partner organizations and their affiliates are eligible for a $600 discount on closing costs when they process their mortgage with GRB. To be eligible, you must be an employee of one of the organizations listed below at the time of closing.
In addition, GRB works with the University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology to provide additional benefits through their homeownership incentive programs.

Home Ownership Incentive Program
GRB is a proud participant in the University Home Ownership Incentive Program for University of Rochester employees. The program provides funds to University of Rochester employees purchasing homes within the City of Rochester. This unique program could provide up to $20,000 toward the purchase of a home, including a $5,000 contribution from GRB.

Home Owner Partnership Benefits
GRB is proud to partner with the Rochester Institute of Technology and the City of Rochester to provide RIT employees up to $9,000 towards the purchase of their home within the city, including a $3,000 contribution from GRB.
